Karim Tanju Mukaddem grew up in Istanbul, Turkey and moved to New York for his undergraduate studies. He is currently a senior in Materials Science & Engineering at the Department of Applied Physics and Mathematics at Columbia University and an Undergraduate Researcher in the Billinge Group.
