As part of an ongoing collaboration between Columbia University and the University of Glasgow, a select few graduate/post-doctoral fellows are chosen annually and provided funding for short visits to both schools. Max plans on conducting his exchange in the Fall, with a proposal to continue a study of degradation products found in the famous Mary Rose warship. If Max has some spare time, he may venture North, in time becoming the one, true Highlander. Congratulations Max!
